Upon arrival at the airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, lunch can be arranged on the outskirts of Nairobi at Ilkeek Pit Gourmet, known as “The Steak Heaven.”

Nairobi - Amboseli

Early morning pick-up from the hotel at 0700hrs, then depart Nairobi for Amboseli National Park on a drive of about four hours. Amboseli lies at the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. Arrive with a short game drive, then proceed to your lodge for check-in and lunch.

In the late afternoon from 1530–1800hrs, enjoy more game drives with Mount Kilimanjaro providing a stunning backdrop for photography. Wildlife such as elephants, lions, cheetahs, and buffalo are often seen around the swamp areas. Dinner and overnight stay in Amboseli.

After breakfast, proceed for a half-day game drive, returning to the lodge in time for lunch.

Spend the afternoon relaxing at the hotel. Amboseli National Park is one of Kenya’s most popular parks, named from a Maasai word meaning “salty dust,” and is renowned as one of the best places in Africa to see large herds of elephants up close. The park features diverse habitats, including the dry lake bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulphur springs, savannah plains, and woodlands.

At 1600hrs, head out for an evening game drive until 1800hrs, followed by dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
