Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be met by our professional representative for a warm welcome and seamless assistance. After completing immigration and customs formalities, our team will assist with your luggage and escort you to a comfortable, private transfer vehicle. You will then proceed to Arusha, enjoying a scenic drive through the northern Tanzania landscape, with views of Mount Meru and surrounding countryside. The transfer to your hotel in Arusha takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will receive assistance with check-in and have time to relax and recover from your journey. Enjoy a full-day game drive in Arusha National Park, a scenic gem renowned for its diverse habitats and rich wildlife. The day begins with a leisurely drive through open savannah, montane forests, and the shores of Momella Lakes, offering excellent photographic opportunities. During the game drive, guests may spot giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, warthogs, bushbucks, waterbucks, blue monkeys, and black-and-white colobus monkeys. After breakfast, depart Arusha for Tarangire National Park, a scenic drive of approximately 2.5–3 hours. Upon arrival, enjoy a full game drive in one of Tanzania’s most wildlife-rich parks, famous for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. During the game drive, guests may spot elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, and warthogs, as well as a variety of antelope species. Tarangire is also a haven for birdlife, with sightings that may include ostriches, secretary birds, kori bustards, hornbills, eagles, and colorful starlings. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed inside the park before continuing wildlife viewing in the afternoon. Later in the day, depart Tarangire and transfer to Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.
