Day 1
Pick-Up from Johannesburg, KMIA or your Safari Lodge and transfer to Lodge on the Crocodile River
Pick-Up from Johannesburg, KMIA or your Safari Lodge and transfer to Lodge on the Crocodile River
1) Leave Johannesburg at the latest 8.30 am with our guide. 2) Be picked up at Kruger airport ex Cape Town or Johannesburg. 3) Pick up at the lodge after your morning safari and breakfast. Transfer to the lodge on the Crocodile River. On arrival, check in to your Premium River-View room with a bathroom en suite and open balcony overlooking the river. Relax and take in the view of the Kruger National Park and view wildlife that may be close by. Perhaps have lunch (optional) at the restaurant.
Later this afternoon, depending on the time of year, you will be collected for your sunset safari drive into the KNP, returning later in the evening to have dinner at the lodge. Enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of the bush and connect with nature around you as you relax under the African stars on the lodge's open deck. Have a late evening swim or buy a drink from the bar. The lodge has wifi so you can share your first pictures and messages with friends and family.

Day 2
Morning and Night Game Drive in the Kruger National Park
Morning and Night Game Drive in the Kruger National Park
Arise early at dawn and go for your open vehicle sunrise safari with the park ranger. This is a special time of day as the Kruger awakens and comes to life. Kruger is home to an impressive number of species: 336 trees, 49 fish, 34 amphibians, 114 reptiles, 507 birds and 147 mammals. The world-renowned Kruger National Park offers a wildlife experience that ranks with the best in Africa. Afterwards, return to the lodge for breakfast and then be collected by your guide and re-enter the Kruger Park in a closed 4x4 vehicle for further game viewing. Later this afternoon, check in to your guesthouse in Komatipoort, just a few minutes' drive from the Crocodile Bridge Gate of the KNP. Enjoy an early dinner. Depart for the night drive at 7.30 pm in the KNP. This area, the "Southern Circle", has a reputation for great lion sightings. A Kruger Park field guide will provide interesting commentary about the nocturnal animals that you. You return to the guesthouse at about 10.30pm.

Day 3
Morning Bush Walk
Morning Bush Walk
Arise early this morning and go for a bush walk in Kruger Park. This is a special time of day as the animals awake. Up to eight guests are taken to interesting places in the surrounding wilderness areas and along the river banks. The walk itself is relaxed and experienced and armed guides use their knowledge of the bush to explain natural wonders. Two armed field guides accompany you on the walk. They will focus on the things that you will usually not be able to see from a vehicle. By being out on foot, you'll cover an area more intensely, and you are able to experience nature using all of your senses. If there is any large game in the area, you are more than likely to encounter them and have an exhilarating experience of approaching them on foot. Comfortable shoes must be worn, and clothing should be natural colours. You will return to the lodge for breakfast.
Our driver will pick you up at 11:00 am and transfer you to either Nelspruit Airport or Johannesburg as arranged.
