Depart Nairobi early in the morning aboard the first SGR train to Voi, enjoying scenic views of the Kenyan countryside along the way. Upon arrival at Voi Station, you will be warmly met by our representative and transferred by road to Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary.
After checking in at Taita Hills Lodge, enjoy a relaxed lunch and some time to unwind. Later in the afternoon, at around 4:00 pm, head out for an evening game drive, where you may spot elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions, and other wildlife as the sun sets over the hills.
As the sun sets, return to the lodge to freshen up and enjoy dinner. Overnight stay at Taita Hills Lodge, surrounded by the peaceful sounds of the African wilderness.

Day 2

After breakfast, set out for an exciting game drive at Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary, a privately owned conservation area located at the base of the scenic Taita Hills. Its home to a rich variety of wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, lions, and numerous bird species, offering excellent opportunities for photography and close encounters with nature.
Return to the lodge in time for a relaxing lunch, where you can enjoy local and international cuisine while soaking in the peaceful surroundings of the sanctuary.
In the early afternoon, transfer to Salt Lick Lodge, known for its stunning views over the salt lick watering hole, a hotspot for wildlife activity. Take a short rest to refresh and enjoy the lodge’s serene environment. Later, embark on an afternoon game drive, when the wildlife becomes particularly active as the sun begins to set.
End the day with dinner at Salt Lick Lodge, followed by an overnight stay surrounded by the sights and sounds of the African wilderness.

Day 3

Start the day with an early morning game drive. Return to the lodge by 8:30 AM for refreshments and a full breakfast. After breakfast, enjoy some more game viewing before departing for Mombasa, arriving at your hotel in the afternoon.
At noon, board the train to Mombasa. Upon arrival at the Mombasa terminus, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your beach hotel.
Spend the afternoon at leisure, relaxing by the beach or pool. In the evening, you have the option to join a Tamarind Dhow Cruise dinner at an additional cost.

Whether you decide to relax all day or mix in a bit of adventure, this day is all about enjoying the ocean, the sunshine, and the laid-back coastal vibe.
