After breakfast, depart Arusha for Tarangire National Park, a scenic drive through Maasai villages and open savannah. Tarangire is famous for its massive baobab trees and some of the largest elephant herds in Tanzania. Enjoy a full game drive where you may spot elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, and a wide variety of bird species. The Tarangire River attracts wildlife throughout the year, making it an excellent game-viewing destination.
