Day 2

After breakfast, you’ll be picked up from the lodge at 7:45 a.m. and enjoy a scenic two-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its elephants and ancient baobab trees. Day 3

Karatu to Central Serengeti

Karatu to Central Serengeti

After breakfast, you’ll depart for the Central Serengeti, a 4–5-hour journey. The road can be bumpy, but it offers excellent opportunities to spot wildlife along the way. Weather permitting, stop for 10 minutes at the Ngorongoro viewpoint to admire the stunning caldera.

Optionally, visit a Maasai village to experience their culture. Enjoy a picnic lunch en route before arriving in the Serengeti for an afternoon game drive. End the day with dinner and an overnight stay at your comfortable tented lodge amidst the Serengeti’s tranquil surroundings.

This remarkable conservation area, covering 260 square kilometers with a diameter of about 20 kilometers, is home to a wide range of East African wildlife, including the rare black rhino. Spend around five hours exploring the crater and its incredible landscapes.

After this unforgettable experience, return to Arusha, arriving around 5:00 p.m. You can be dropped off at either Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport, concluding your memorable safari adventure.
