After an early breakfast, depart Entebbe and begin the scenic drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, traveling through central and southwestern Uganda. Along the way, you pass local towns, farmlands, and rolling hills, with lunch en route.
Arrive in Bwindi in the afternoon and check in to your lodge. Your guide will brief you on the next day’s gorilla trekking experience and park guidelines.

Day 2
Gorilla Trekking Experience
Gorilla Trekking Experience
This is the highlight of your safari. After an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for registration and briefing by Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers.
You will be assigned a gorilla family and set off into the forest accompanied by ranger guides. The trek can take 2 to 6 hours, depending on the location of the gorillas. Once found, you will spend up to one hour observing them in their natural habitat.
After the trek, return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation.

Bwindi – Entebbe
Bwindi – Entebbe
After breakfast, begin the return journey to Entebbe, with scenic stops along the way. Transfer to Entebbe International Airport for your onward flight or overnight near Entebbe if required.
