Arrival in Maun – Transfer to Moremi (Xakanaxa Area)

- Fly into Maun; light aircraft transfer (~20-30 min) or road (~3-5 hours) to your camp near Xakanaxa Lagoon.
- Afternoon game drive en route or upon arrival – spot elephants in mopane forests, red lechwe on floodplains, and giraffes.
- Settle into camp (dome tents or lodge); sundowners overlooking the lagoon.
- Campfire dinner with hippo calls.

Full-Day Moremi Exploration – Boat & Game Drives

- Early morning boat cruise– glide silently through reed channels for frog-eye views of hippos, crocs, sitatunga antelope, and vibrant birds (herons, kingfishers, bee-eaters).
- Brunch at camp.
- Afternoon game drive around Xakanaxa/Third Bridge – search for lions on the prowl, buffalo herds, and leopards in trees.
- Evening return with possible leopard sightings in the golden light.
