Tarangire National Park – Elephants & Baobabs

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds, magnificent baobab trees and beautiful savannah landscapes.

Enjoy an exciting game drive with your private guide, searching for elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, antelopes and possibly lions or leopards.

The Tarangire River attracts a wide variety of wildlife, making the park a wonderful destination for photography and unforgettable animal encounters.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park before continuing your wildlife adventure.

In the afternoon, travel through the scenic countryside to Karatu, where you will enjoy dinner and a peaceful evening.

Ndutu – Experience the Great Migration Calving Season

Between approximately January and March, enormous herds of wildebeest and zebras gather on the nutrient-rich grasslands. Thousands of wildebeest calves are born during this remarkable period, attracting predators such as lions, cheetahs and hyenas.

The crater is also one of Tanzania's best places to search for the endangered black rhinoceros, although sightings cannot be guaranteed.
