Arusha National Park Game drive and Walking safari

After breakfast, drive to Arusha National Park—one of Tanzania’s most scenic parks, featuring montane forest, open grasslands, and the beautiful Momella Lakes. Enjoy a game drive for giraffes, buffalo, zebra, warthog, and monkeys, plus rich birdlife. Later, join a guided walking safari with an armed ranger, a special chance to experience nature up close while learning about tracks, plants, and ecology. Return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a full-day game drive. Manyara is famous for its groundwater forest, large baboon troops, strong birdlife, and (with luck) the iconic tree-climbing lions. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park, then continue exploring the lakeshore and open plains. In the late afternoon, continue to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Karatu to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, journey through the Ngorongoro Highlands toward Serengeti National Park. As the scenery opens into vast plains, enjoy game viewing as you enter the park. You’ll have an afternoon game drive searching for lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, and large herds of herbivores. Dinner and overnight at your camp in Central Serengeti.

Enjoy a full day on safari in the Serengeti with your guide. Start early when wildlife is most active and continue with extensive game viewing across different habitats. Picnic lunch in the bush, then an afternoon drive before returning to camp. Depending on the season, you may encounter parts of the Great Migration or large resident herds with strong predator presence.

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, depart Serengeti and travel to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive on the crater floor—home to an exceptional concentration of wildlife including elephants, hippos, lions, hyenas, and the endangered black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch near the hippo pool, then ascend and drive back to Arusha or transfer to JRO/ARK for departure.
