Day 1

Nairobi to Samburu National Park

Nairobi to Samburu National Park

Depart Nairobi early in the morning after breakfast, drive through Kikuyu plantations via Mt Kenya through Isiolo. Arrive in Samburu late afternoon, check in at the Samburu Sopa Lodge for lunch. Afternoon game drive at Samburu Reserve. You will be able to see among other things the Gerenuk, the Gravy’s zebra, lions, leopards, elephants and the Rothschild giraffe and several species of birds. Dinner and overnight stay at the Lodge.

Early morning and Afternoon game drive. Samburu is cool and greener in the southern parts and contrastingly hot and dry to the Northern ends and keen nature lover will discover this as a source of inspiration during the tour. Depart Samburu National Reserve after breakfast for Aberdares National Park arriving in good time for check in and lunch at the Treetops Lodge. Afternoon games drive through the park whereby you shall enjoy viewing the beautiful scenery of the Aderdares Ranges, bongo antelopes, elephants, leopard, lions and several species of birds. Dinner and overnight stay at the Kongoni Camp.

Aberdares National Park

Full Day spent exploring the Aberdares National Park and its habitats. The Park has different species of wildlife including elephants, lions, buffalos, leopards, cheetah, reedbucks, bushbucks, hyenas, monkeys and different species of birds including turacos, sunbirds, eagles etc. Karuru waterfall and Chania waterfalls makes the park sparkling. Meals and overnight stay at the camp.

Day 5

Aberdares to L Naivasha National Park

After breakfast at the Kongoni Camp, you shall depart for Lake Naivasha Crescent island arriving in good time for lunch and check in at the Lake Naivasha Kongoni Lodge. Afternoon boat rides through the lake and have an opportunity to feed the fish eagles. The lake has other wild animals like the hippos and giraffes, antelopes are also found in the vicinity. Further, you shall have a walking safari at the Crescent Island: walking besides zebras, giraffes, antelopes etc. Dinner and overnight stay at the Kongoni Lodge.
