The guest will be picked up from their hotel in the morning and begin a scenic drive to Masai Mara National Reserve, passing through the breathtaking Great Rift Valley with stops at viewpoints perfect for photography. They will arrive in time for lunch at a budget camp or lodge, followed by an afternoon game drive. This first safari adventure offers the chance to see lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and many other wildlife species roaming the expansive savannah. Dinner and overnight are at the camp or lodge in the Masai Mara.

You will have a full day of game viewing in the Masai Mara. An early morning game drive provides the best chance to encounter predators while they are most active. Guests enjoy a picnic lunch inside the reserve before continuing with afternoon game drives until sunset. The Masai Mara is home to the Big Five and boasts one of the highest wildlife concentrations in Africa. An optional hot air balloon safari can be arranged at an additional cost. Dinner and overnight are at the lodge.

After breakfast, the safari departs Masai Mara and heads toward Lake Nakuru National Park, traveling through scenic countryside along the way. Arrival is in the afternoon, where guests have lunch before setting out on an afternoon game drive. Lake Nakuru is renowned for its flamingos, large populations of white and black rhinos, the endangered Rothschild giraffe. Its mix of woodland and lakeshore habitats also makes it a haven for birdwatchers. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
