Arusha-tarangire national park

Upon arrival at Arusha Airport or pick-up from your hotel, you will drive to Tarangire National Park for a half-day game drive. The park is renowned for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife concentrated along the Tarangire River. During the game drive, you may spot lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and a wide variety of bird species. After the safari experience, you will transfer to Eileen’s Trees Inn for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will depart for Central Serengeti National Park, traveling through scenic landscapes and enjoying game viewing along the way. As you enter the vast plains of the Serengeti, you will encounter abundant wildlife, particularly in the Seronera area, which is famous for its high concentration of predators. After a half-day game drive, you will proceed to Tanzania Bush Camps – Central Serengeti for dinner and overnight accommodation.

This day is dedicated to a full game drive in Central Serengeti National Park. You will explore different wildlife-rich areas, offering excellent opportunities to see lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, and large herds of wildebeest and zebras. Depending on the season, you may also witness movements of the Great Migration. After an exciting day of wildlife viewing, you will return to Tanzania Bush Camps for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will leave the Serengeti and drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive in this unique natural sanctuary, home to a remarkable concentration of wildlife including black rhinos, lions, buffaloes, elephants, and flamingos. In the afternoon, you will drive to Karatu and check in at Eileen’s Trees Inn for dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast at the lodge, you will drive to Lake Eyasi for a cultural tour with the Hadzabe tribe, one of the last remaining hunter-gatherer communities in East Africa. You will spend time learning about their traditional way of life, hunting techniques using bows and arrows, food gathering practices, and deep connection to nature. This authentic cultural encounter offers meaningful insight into an ancient lifestyle that has remained largely unchanged for centuries. After the cultural experience, you will drive back to eileens tree inn lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Upon arrival in Arusha, you will be transferred to Arusha Airport or your hotel, depending on your onward travel arrangements, marking the end of your safari experience.
