1-Day Lake Nakuru Wildlife & Flamingo Safari

Start with an early morning pick-up from your Nairobi hotel or airport. After a short briefing, travel through the Great Rift Valley, stopping for photos at the viewpoint before continuing to Lake Nakuru National Park.

Upon arrival, embark on a morning game drive, exploring the park’s lakeside areas, woodlands, and open savannahs. Lake Nakuru is famous for its rhino sanctuary and large flamingo populations (seasonal), providing exceptional wildlife viewing opportunities. You may also encounter giraffes, lions, zebras, baboons, and other savannah species.

Stop for lunch at a scenic spot inside the park, either enjoying a picnic or a hot buffet at a lodge overlooking the lake. After lunch, continue with an afternoon game drive while exiting the park, capturing last views of the wildlife and beautiful lake shores.

In the late afternoon, return to Nairobi for drop-off at your hotel or airport, concluding your safari.
