Nairobi to Amboseli – Scenic Drive

You will be picked up early in the morning from your Nairobi hotel, residence, or the airport and depart for Amboseli National Park. The drive takes you through the countryside, offering changing landscapes along the way, with a brief stop for photos and a short break.

You will arrive in the Amboseli area around midday, then proceed to your camp for check-in and lunch. The early afternoon is free for relaxation.

Later in the afternoon, head out for your first game drive in Amboseli National Park, exploring the open plains and swamp areas known for large elephant herds and diverse wildlife. Return to the camp in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

Morning Game Drive in Amboseli & Return to Nairobi

Start the day early with breakfast at the camp, then head out immediately for a morning game drive in Amboseli National Park. Explore the open plains and swamp areas, with opportunities to see elephants, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, and a variety of birdlife, often with views of Mount Kilimanjaro when weather conditions allow.

The game drive ends around 2:00 PM, after which you will depart Amboseli and begin the drive back to Nairobi. A lunch stop is made in Emali town before continuing the journey. Arrive in Nairobi in the evening for drop-off at your hotel, residence, or the airport, marking the end of the safari.
