Day 1

Nairobi to Aberdare National Park

You will be picked up from your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in the morning and depart for Aberdare National Park, driving through the scenic central highlands of Kenya with views of tea and coffee plantations. Upon arrival at the Aberdare Country Club, you will enjoy lunch before transferring into the park to your luxury tree lodge.
Spend the afternoon and evening at leisure, relaxing as wildlife such as elephants, buffalo, and rhinos gather at the floodlit waterhole and salt lick below the lodge. Dinner and overnight at The Ark Lodge, offering a unique and memorable forest safari experience.

Day 2

Aberdare to lake Nakuru

Aberdare to lake Nakuru

After an early breakfast, you will depart Aberdare National Park and begin your scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley towards Lake Nakuru National Park. Enjoy breathtaking views along the way, with a stop at a viewpoint for photos.
Arrive at your luxury lodge in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. The park is famous for its flamingos, endangered black and white rhinos, Rothschild’s giraffes, and diverse birdlife.
After an exciting game drive around the lake and acacia woodlands, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara

After breakfast, depart Lake Nakuru and drive through the scenic Rift Valley towards the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve. Along the way, enjoy the changing landscapes from lakeside forests to vast open savannahs.
Arrive at your luxury camp or lodge in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive in the Mara. This is the best time to spot the Big Five — lions, leopards, elephants, buffalo, and rhino — as well as giraffes, zebras, and hippos.

You will enjoy morning and afternoon game drives with a break at the lodge for lunch and relaxation. Optional activities include a hot air balloon safari (at extra cost) for a stunning aerial view of the Mara at sunrise.

After breakfast, you will depart the Masai Mara and begin the scenic drive north toward Samburu National Reserve, crossing Kenya’s diverse landscapes from the Mara plains to the rugged northern highlands.
Optional: In the morning, you may choose to visit a Maasai village to experience traditional Maasai culture, customs, and lifestyle (at an extra cost).
Continue the journey with photo stops along the way and a lunch break at a selected rest point.
Arrive at your luxury lodge or tented camp in Samburu in the late afternoon. After settling in, embark on an evening game drive along the Ewaso Nyiro River, where you may spot unique northern wildlife such as Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, gerenuk, and Somali ostrich.
Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay, enjoying the peaceful river-side setting and luxury comfort.
