You will have an early morning transfer to Aberdare National Park, enjoying a scenic drive through the central Kenya highlands with stops to view lush tea and coffee plantations. Along the way, visit Karatina, home to East Africa’s largest open-air market, for a vibrant cultural experience. Aberdare National Park is rich in wildlife, including elephants, black rhinos, leopards, spotted hyenas, olive baboons, black-and-white colobus monkeys, buffalos, warthogs, and bushbucks. You have the option to enjoy morning and afternoon game drives, with all meals provided at your lodge, or depart with a picnic lunch for a full day adventure in the Mara. After breakfast, set off across the sweeping plains toward the world-famous Masai Mara Game Reserve. Its vast landscapes are alive with hundreds of plains animals and their predators, making every moment unforgettable. This 1,510 km² reserve is home to the iconic Big Five lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino and you may also spot wildebeest, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, giraffes, hippos, and the impressive crocodiles along the Mara River.
