Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you are met by your professional driver-guide from Safari 62 Limited. You are transferred to your hotel near Entebbe, where the remainder of the day is spent relaxing after your international flight. Your guide provides a briefing about the journey ahead, including cultural etiquette, community interactions, and the overall flow of the safari. This day allows you to settle in and prepare for a deeper exploration of Uganda beyond wildlife alone.

Entebbe – Community & Cultural Experience

After breakfast, enjoy a guided cultural experience in the Entebbe or Kampala area. This may include a visit to a local community project, craft center, or cultural site, where you learn about daily life, traditions, and local history through respectful interaction. The focus is on observation and learning rather than staged performances. The afternoon is free to relax or explore the area further before returning to your hotel.

Entebbe – Queen Elizabeth National Park

After breakfast, depart Entebbe and drive west toward Queen Elizabeth National Park. The scenic journey passes through rural towns, farmland, and tea plantations, offering insight into Uganda’s countryside. Lunch is taken en route. Arrival in the park is in the late afternoon, followed by check-in at your lodge and time to relax in preparation for wildlife activities.
