Day 2

Guided Game Drive at Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, you will meet your guide and set off for Tarangire National Park, enjoying views of local villages and farmland along the way. The park is famous for its massive elephant herds, iconic baobab trees, and the Tarangire River, which provides essential water during the dry season. You will have a full afternoon game drive, where you may see elephants, buffalo, impala, giraffes, and, with luck, lions or leopards. The area is also home to a wide variety of birdlife.
You will spend the night at Kankari Lodge, near Karatu, surrounded by beautiful scenery and pools, offering a calm and comfortable retreat after your first day on safari.

Guided Game Drive Central Serengeti
Central Serengeti is famous for its high concentration of predators and outstanding wildlife sightings throughout the year.
Spend the day exploring varied landscapes, including river valleys, and open grasslands. Lions can often be found resting on rocky, while leopards may be seen resting in the trees. Cheetahs roam the plains hunting for gazelles.
Stop for a picnic lunch in the heart of the wilderness, then continue your game drive until sunset, when the plains are bathed in a warm, golden glow.

It supports about 30,000 large animals throughout the year, including buffalo, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and the critically endangered black rhino. The crater is also home to a diverse range of birds, such as flamingos, eagles, and buzzards. Many animals can be seen within a short period, making wildlife viewing highly rewarding.
