Arusha to Tarangire NP

After an early breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch. The park is renowned for its large elephant herds, often seen digging in the dry riverbeds in search of underground water, alongside roaming wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest, and eland gathering around shrinking lagoons. Tarangire is a vital refuge for wildlife during the dry season and is especially famous for its elephants. Dinner and overnight stay at Ngedere Lodge & Camp.

Wake up early and head out for a thrilling morning game drive in the Serengeti, where a wide variety of wildlife may be seen, including lions, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, wildebeest, impalas, and gazelles. Enjoy brunch before packing up and continuing to Ngorongoro on a scenic en-route game drive. Reach Ngorongoro Simba Campsite on the crater rim in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

Begin the day with an early breakfast before heading straight down to the crater floor for an exciting six-hour wildlife drive. Look out for the Big Five and many other species roaming this unique ecosystem. Pause for a picnic lunch at Ngoitoktok Spring, a popular gathering spot for hippos and other large mammals, as well as birds. After the crater tour, climb back to the rim and continue to Arusha via Mto wa Mbu village, with an en-route game drive. You will be dropped off at your hotel or the airport in the evening.
