The remainder of the day is kept flexible, allowing time to rest after travel or enjoy the lodge surroundings. In the evening, gather for dinner and a briefing on the journey ahead, including travel distances, wildlife viewing expectations and safety guidelines. Overnight is spent in Maun, providing a smooth transition before entering the wilderness areas.

Day 2

After breakfast, travel by 4x4 toward Moremi Game Reserve, one of Botswana’s most diverse wildlife areas. The route passes from the outskirts of Maun into protected wilderness, with game viewing often beginning before reaching camp. Moremi combines floodplains, riverine forests and open grasslands, supporting a wide range of species. After arriving at camp and enjoying lunch, head out on an afternoon game drive in open safari vehicles to explore the surrounding habitats. As the light softens, return to camp for dinner and an overnight stay inside the reserve.

Day 3

Okavango Delta landscapes and water activities
Today focuses on the water-rich environments of the Okavango Delta. Travel deeper into the delta region, where channels, lagoons and islands shape daily life for both wildlife and people. Activities are planned according to conditions and may include a guided mokoro excursion through narrow waterways, a boat activity on open water or a short guided walk on one of the islands. These experiences offer a different perspective from vehicle-based safaris, with attention to smaller details and birdlife. Time is also set aside to relax at camp before dinner and an overnight stay surrounded by the delta.

Day 4
Journey north to Chobe National Park
Journey north to Chobe National Park
After breakfast, depart the delta region and continue north toward Chobe National Park, known for its large elephant population and permanent river system. The change in landscape becomes noticeable as woodland and open riverfront areas replace the delta wetlands. After arriving at the lodge and enjoying lunch, set out on an afternoon activity along the Chobe River, typically by boat, allowing close observation of wildlife gathering along the water’s edge. As sunset approaches, return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay within the park.

Begin the final day with an early morning game drive in Chobe National Park, when wildlife is most active and temperatures are cooler. This last outing offers further opportunities to observe animals along the riverfront and inland areas before returning to the lodge for breakfast. After checking out, the journey continues to Kasane, where the safari comes to an end. Guests are dropped off at Kasane Airport or at a centrally located hotel in Kasane, depending on onward travel arrangements. No accommodation is included on this final day.
