Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), meet your Big Time Adventures representative and transfer approximately 50 km (1–1.5 hours) to a luxury hotel in Arusha. Along the way, enjoy views of farmlands, villages, and the towering slopes of Mount Meru. In the evening, relax at the hotel and enjoy dinner, followed by a safari briefing covering wildlife highlights, cultural insights, and practical tips to prepare for the days ahead.

Arusha - Central Serengeti

After breakfast in Arusha, drive approximately 330–350 km (6–7 hours) through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, passing highlands, rolling savannahs, and Maasai villages. Stop at Olduvai Gorge to learn about early human history and fossils. Continue to the Central Serengeti for a picnic lunch amidst the plains, then enjoy an afternoon game drive spotting elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeest. In the evening, check in at your lodge, enjoy dinner and relax under the stars in the heart of the wilderness.
