Day 1

Early in the morning you will and welcomed by our professional safari driver guide who will pick you up at Arusha Airport or at your lodge and brief you about your safari program. You will then depart Arusha and drive towards Lake Manyara National Park, a scenic gem located at the base of Great Rift Valley escarpment. The park is well known for its diverse habitant including groundwater forest, open grassland and the alkaline lake itself.

Enjoy a full day game drive exploring this compact but wildlife-rich park. Lake Manyara is famous for its tree-climbing lions, large troop of baboons, hippos, and flamingos along the lakeshore. You may also spot elephants, giraffes, and numerous bird species.

Enjoy a picnic lunch at designated site overlooking the lake and continue exploring the park in the afternoon. Later proceed to your lodge relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Day 2

Ngorongoro Crater Exploration

After an early breakfast, you will descend over 600 meters into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a memorable game drive. The crater is one of Africa’s most famous wildlife destinations and is home to a high concentration of animals including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, hyenas, and if lucky, the rare black rhino.

Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater near the hippo pool while surrounded by breathtaking scenery and abundant wildlife. The Ngorongoro Crater is renowned for its stunning landscapes, volcanic formation, and excellent opportunities to spot the Big Five in a single day.

After the game drive, you will ascend the crater and proceed with a scenic transfer back to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Karatu – Tarangire National Park - Departure

Karatu – Tarangire National Park - Departure

After breakfast depart toward Tarangire National Park, passing through scenic villages and open savannah landscapes.
Arrive in Tarangire in Time for an extensive game drive. The park is renowned for its large herds of elephants, iconic baobab trees and diverse wildlife including lions, leopard, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and rich variety of birdlife along the Tarangire River.
Enjoy picnic lunch inside the park, followed by afternoon game viewing as animal gathers near water sources. In the ate afternoon, exit the park and later transfer back to Arusha / JRO.
