Your journey begins with a smooth transition to Wilson Airport for a scenic flight to Lewa airstrip. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to Lewa Safari Camp, with all evacuation and conservancy fees secured for your peace of mind. After settling into your tented suite, the afternoon features a game drive through the rolling savannahs, where you can spot elephants, lions, and the resident rhinos. The day concludes with a meaningful Cultural Boma Visit. This is a rare opportunity to engage with the local community, learning about their ancient customs, vibrant beadwork, and the harmonious relationship between the people and the land, offering a firsthand look at the traditions and daily life of the local community. After you will return to your camp for dinner and overnight.

Explore Lewa wilderness on Foot and Sundowners

Day two is dedicated to deep exploration. You will start with a guided walking safari, a two-hour trek led by expert rangers who reveal the smaller wonders of the bush—from tracking animal prints to learning about local botany. Following lunch and more game viewing from the comfort of a 4x4 vehicle, the evening slows down for a classic safari tradition: a Bush Sundowner. Enjoy a refreshing drink and appetizers in a secluded spot as you watch the the sun setting over the Laikipia plains. Later you will return to your camp for dinner and an overnight stay surrounded by the sounds of animals.

Savannah Dining and Equestrian Adventure at the conservancy

The third day highlights the variety of the Lewa landscape. You will head out for an early game drive, followed by a spectacular Bush Breakfast or Lunch, dining al fresco surrounded by the sounds of the wild. The afternoon offers a change of pace with a two-hour guided camel or horse safari. This equestrian experience allows you to glide silently through the plains, often getting closer to giraffes and zebras than would be possible in a vehicle. You will spend your final night under the stars at Lewa Safari Camp.

Your safari draws to a close on the fourth day. After a final breakfast and a last glimpse of the conservancy's wildlife, you will be transferred for your flight back to Wilson Airport. Upon arrival in Nairobi, a final transfer will take you to your next destination or home, concluding an unforgettable four-day adventure.
