Day 1

Your safari adventure begins with an early hotel pick-up in Zanzibar (Stone Town or nearby), followed by a scenic morning ferry to Dar es Salaam. Upon arrival, our professional representative transfers you to the SGR train station, where you enjoy a comfortable and picturesque journey to Morogoro through Tanzania’s countryside. At Morogoro, your 4x4 safari driver-guide will take you to Mikumi National Park. After check-in and lunch at your mid-range lodge, embark on an afternoon game drive, spotting lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, wildebeest, antelopes, and numerous bird species. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay, fully immersed in the beauty of Mikumi’s open plains.

Day 2

Start the day early with a morning game drive, the best time to spot predators such as lions, hyenas, and leopards returning from their night hunts, along with elephants, giraffes, and other wildlife grazing in the soft morning light. Afterward, return to the lodge for breakfast, relax briefly, and check out. Enjoy lunch before beginning your return journey. In the afternoon, you’ll be transferred to Morogoro SGR Station for the scenic train ride back to Dar es Salaam. Upon arrival, you’ll be assisted to the ferry terminal for the evening ferry back to Zanzibar, arriving in the evening. This concludes your short but unforgettable Tanzanian safari experience, combining wildlife, comfort, and convenient travel.
