Arusha - Tarangire National Park

Take a morning flight from Zanzibar Airport to Arusha Airport, where you will be met and picked up upon arrival. From Arusha, continue with a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park while carrying lunch boxes. Enjoy an exciting game drive in the park, and after the game drive, return to the lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Tarangire National Park is well known for its large elephant herds and diverse landscapes, ranging from seasonal swamps to open savanna, with the Tarangire River winding through the parklands. You may have the chance to see lions stalking their prey or leopards relaxing in the trees. After the game drive, you will drive back to your lodge for relaxation and an overnight stay.

Ngorongoro Crater

Program: After breakfast, depart to Ngorongoro for a game drive inside Ngorongoro Crater while carrying lunch boxes.

This park constitutes the largest uninterrupted caldera in the world and is one of the natural wonders of Africa: with the presence of about 30,000 large mammals resident all year round (such as buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs and rhinos) and many varieties of birds (such as flamingos, eagles, and buzzards). Be ready to see many animals here within a little time.

Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, depart to Lake Manyara National Park for game drives while carrying lunch boxes. Once the game drive is completed, you will be dropped off at Arusha Airport to catch your flight back to Zanzibar, where the safari ends.

Lake Manyara National Park is famous for its tree-climbing (arboreal) lions, often seen resting among the branches, as well as large troops of baboons that inhabit the forest and accompany visitors along the road from the moment they enter the park.
