Upon pick up from the airport or hotel or residence, you will depart and drive through the Kenyan Highlands to the Northern Part of Kenya to arrive at Samburu National Reserve. Having a game drive enroute, you will arrive at Samburu Simba Lodge in time for check in and lunch. After lunch, you will have an afternoon game drive in search of the wildlife among them the "Samburu Special Five" ( Generuk, Beisa Oryx, Reticulated Giraffe, Gravy Zebra & Somali Ostrich) After an extensive game drive, you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. All meals and overnight at Samburu Simba Lodge.

Full day spent in Samburu National Reserve
Full day spent in Samburu National Reserve
This full day is spent in the reserve with options of full day game drive or morning and afternoon game drive. The game drives will be extensive in search of the unique wildlife and birdlife evident in the reserve. You may also choose to visit the Samburu Village and and get to learn about their culture, way of life and enjoy a Samburu Dance. All this is charged at an extra cost of 25 USD Per Person. After a long days exploration, you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. All meals and overnight at Samburu Simba Lodge.

Day 3
Samburu National Reserve to Olpejeta Conservancy
Samburu National Reserve to Olpejeta Conservancy
After an early breakfast, you will depart with a game drive and drive to Opejeta Conservancy. You will arrive for checjk in and lunch at Comfort Garden; Nanyuki. After lunch, you will drive to Olpejeta Conservancy and have an extensive game drive in the privately-owned conservancy. You will visit the Chimpanzee Sanctuary and get to learn about the rescued mammals. After the game drive, you will drive back to the hotel for dinner and overnight. All meals and overnight at Comfort Garden Nanyuki.

Day 4
Olpejeta Conservancy to Lake Nakuru National Park

After an early breakfast, you will depart and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. You will have a stop-over at Thompson's Falls before proceeding with the drive through the Great Rift Valley. With a game drive enroute, you will arrive at Lake Nakuru Lodge in time for check in and lunch. After lunch, you will have an extensive afternoon game drive in the flamingo-filled park that is classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site with very high efforts of wildlife conservation. Lake Nakuru National Park offers visitors the chance to spot exotic birdlife but also rare species like rhinos and endangered Rothschild’s giraffe. After the extensive game drive, you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. All meals and overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge.

After breakfast, you will depart with a game drive as you drive out the Lake Nakuru National Park. You will proceed through the Great Rift Valley Escarpments and through the Masai land to arrive in the famous Masai Mara National Reserve. You will check in and have lunch at Enkorok Mara Camp. After lunch and relaxation, you will embark on an afternoon game drive in search of the wildlife and birdlife that Masai Mara is known for. After an extensive game drive, you will return to the camp for dinner and overnight. All meals and overnight at Enkorok Mara Camp.

Day 6
Full day in Masai Mara National Reserve
Full day in Masai Mara National Reserve
This entire day is spent in the reserve with options of full day game drive or morning and afternoon game drives. The game dives will be very extensive to give you ample time to search for the wildlife and birdlife evident in the reserve. You may also choose to visit a Masai Village and get to learn about their livelihood, culture, food and way of life. All this is charged at 25 USD Per Person. Another optional activity is the balloon safari ride. This event starts very early in the morning when you are picked from your lodge and driven to the balloon site and after briefing, you will enjoy a 2 hours ride before having a champagne breakfast in the open savannah. Later you will be driven back to your accommodation having a game drive enroute and start off your day with your driver guide. All meals and overnight at Enkorok Mara Camp.

After breakfast, you will depart and drive through the escarpments to arrive in Nairobi. You will have a brief stop-over at the Great Rift Valley View Point before proceeding with the drive to Nairobi. You will be dropped off at the airport, your hotel or residence depending with your onward plans. Your 7 day highlights of Kenya Safari comes to and end.
