Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Depending on your arrival time, you can relax and recover from your journey or enjoy the hotel facilities before your safari begins. Your guide will provide a short safari briefing outlining the adventure ahead. Dinner and overnight at Summit Hotel in Arusha.

Day 2

After an early breakfast, depart for Central Serengeti National Park (Seronera region), enjoying scenic views of the highlands and vast plains with game viewing en route as you enter the endless savannah of the Serengeti. Upon arrival, embark on an afternoon game drive in one of Africa’s most wildlife-abundant areas, renowned for its thriving populations of lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeest, while the Seronera River attracts wildlife throughout the year. Explore rocky kopjes and open plains before proceeding to Tukaone Camp for dinner and overnight in the heart of the wilderness.

Spend a full day exploring Central Serengeti with extensive morning and afternoon game drives across sweeping plains dotted with acacia trees and granite outcrops, offering exceptional opportunities to witness predator-prey interactions and, depending on the season, the Great Migration herds passing through the region. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush surrounded by spectacular scenery before continuing your search for lions resting on kopjes, cheetahs scanning the grasslands, and elusive leopards hidden in trees. Return to Tukaone Camp in the evening for dinner and another unforgettable overnight stay under the African sky.

After an early breakfast, depart Serengeti with game viewing and route toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend 600 meters into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive on the crater floor, home to one of Africa’s highest concentrations of wildlife including the Big Five - lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and the endangered black rhino -along with hippos, zebras, wildebeest, and flamingos along Lake Magadi. Following a picnic lunch surrounded by breathtaking scenery, ascend the crater walls and drive back to Arusha for drop-off at your hotel or transfer to the airport for your onward departure, marking the end of your memorable 4-day Classic Tanzania Safari adventure.
