Ngorongoro crater

After an early breakfast, you depart for the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife destinations. Descending into the crater floor, you enjoy a game drive in a unique ecosystem supporting a dense concentration of animals, including lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, and the rare black rhino. A picnic lunch is enjoyed inside the crater before ascending and driving back to Karatu for dinner and overnight at Eileen’s Trees Inn.

Arusha national park and departure

After breakfast, you travel to Arusha National Park, a scenic gem located at the foot of Mount Meru. The park is known for its lush montane forests, open grasslands, and the beautiful Momella Lakes, which attract flamingos and other water birds. During the game drive, you may encounter giraffes, buffalo, warthogs, colobus monkeys, and abundant birdlife. After the safari, you proceed to Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport for departure, marking the end of your safari experience.
