You will be picked up early in the morning from your accommodation or any preferred location in Arusha by our professional safari guide. From there, enjoy a scenic drive south to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its massive elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife.

Upon arrival, embark on an afternoon game drive where you can spot elephants, giraffes, zebras, and various antelope species. Tarangire’s diverse habitats provide great wildlife viewing even outside the busy seasons. As the sun sets, experience a thrilling night game drive, an opportunity to see nocturnal animals like bush babies, civets, genets, and predators such as lions and leopards in their natural habitat.

After the night game drive, you will settle for an overnight stay in the park area.

Day 2

Full Day Game Drive Ngorongroro Crater

After an early breakfast, depart Tarangire and travel to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy the changing scenery on the way, passing small villages and the crater highlands.

Upon reaching the crater rim, descend approximately 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater one of the largest intact volcanic calderas in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The crater floor is home to an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, including all members of the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and black rhino).

Enjoy a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch at a scenic spot inside the crater. Look out for large herds of wildebeests, zebras, hippos in the lakes, and a variety of bird species, including flamingos near Lake Magadi.

In the late afternoon, ascend back to the crater rim and transfer to the Ngorongoro highlands or Karatu area for dinner and overnight.

Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha

Following breakfast, drive to nearby Lake Manyara National Park for a morning game drive. Known for its diverse ecosystems, including lush forests, alkaline lakes, and the famous Rift Valley escarpment, the park offers sightings of unique wildlife.

You may spot tree-climbing lions resting on acacia branches, large flocks of pink flamingos feeding in the soda lake, elephants, hippos, baboons, and various bird species.

After the game drive, you will be driven back to Arusha or your preferred drop-off location, concluding your memorable safari experience.
