Mountain Gorillas Trekking in Volcanoes National Park

Early in the morning, after breakfast and with your packed lunch, your professional driver guide will pick you up from the lodge and transfer you to the headquarters of Volcanoes National Park. There, you will receive a detailed briefing on gorilla trekking etiquette and how to safely and respectfully observe mountain gorillas in their natural habitat.

You will then set off on the guided gorilla trek, an unforgettable experience that allows you to witness these gentle giants up close, observing their social behavior and natural interactions. After the remarkable encounter, return to your lodge for a hot, well-deserved lunch.

You will then embark on a guided trek through the lush forests, enjoying close encounters with these rare, playful primates while capturing unforgettable photographs of their lively behavior. After this unique wildlife experience, your driver-guide will begin the scenic drive back to Kigali.
