Upon arrival at the airport, guests are warmly welcomed and transferred to their lodge or hotel to relax after their journey. Surrounded by the scenic beauty of Mount Meru, Arusha offers a peaceful introduction to Tanzania’s rich culture and natural landscapes. Depending on arrival time, visitors may enjoy optional activities such as a city tour, local market visit, cultural experiences, or relaxing within the lodge gardens while preparing for the safari adventure ahead. Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

Begins with an early descent into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a final wildlife experience in one of Africa’s most extraordinary natural wonders. Surrounded by towering crater walls, the crater floor is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, hyenas, flamingos, and the rare black rhinoceros. The diverse landscape of open grasslands, forests, swamps, and soda lakes creates breathtaking scenery and excellent opportunities for photography and birdwatching. After the game drive and picnic lunch within the crater, guests begin the scenic journey back to Arusha through the beautiful Ngorongoro Highlands and Great Rift Valley landscapes.
