Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Arusha. From there, you will drive to Serengeti National Park, a journey of approximately 6–7 hours, depending on stops and road conditions.

Along the way, enjoy the ever-changing landscapes of Tanzania, from rolling hills to rural villages. Upon arrival in the Serengeti, you will embark on your first exhilarating game drive. This iconic park is home to millions of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles, making it one of the world’s most spectacular wildlife destinations.

During your game drive, you will have the opportunity to see:

The Big Five: Lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, and rhinos

Other Wildlife: Cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes, hippos, crocodiles, and a wide variety of bird species

The crater is alive with an incredible variety of wildlife, including the Big Five, and is one of the best places to spot the endangered black rhinoceros. Enjoy a scenic lunch near the hippo pool, where you can watch these majestic creatures lounging in the water.

From the comfort of your open-roof 4x4 Land Cruiser, you’ll have excellent opportunities for photography and wildlife observation. Ngorongoro is home to lions, leopards, and a wide array of other animals, including wildebeests, zebras, antelopes, and Cape buffaloes. After a memorable game drive, you will return to your hotel in Arusha, marking the conclusion of your extraordinary safari adventure.
