Day 1

Nairobi to Masai Mara

Nairobi to Masai Mara

Your adventure begins with a morning pickup in Nairobi at around 7:00 AM, either from your hotel or the airport. Before departing at 8:30 AM for a scenic drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve. Enroute, you will stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for breath taking panoramic views and photo opportunities.

You will arrive at your camp or lodge at approximately 1:30 PM for lunch and some time to relax. Later in the evening, enjoy an optional cultural visit to a traditional Maasai village, where you can experience their vibrant traditions, songs, and dances while learning about their unique way of life. After the visit, return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2

Today’s program is flexible and can be tailored the evening before in consultation with your guide to suit your preferences and wildlife interests.

You may choose to enjoy a leisurely breakfast and set off around 9:00 AM for a full-day game drive with a packed lunch, exploring the reserve until late afternoon and returning to the lodge at about 6:00 PM.

Alternatively, you can opt for an early start at 6:00 AM, when wildlife activity is at its peak and chances of witnessing predator action are higher. After the morning drive, return to the lodge for breakfast and some relaxation before heading out again in the afternoon with a packed lunch. You will pause at a scenic picnic spot for lunch, then continue with the game drive until park closing time. In the evening, return to the lodge around 6:00 PM for dinner and overnight rest.

Day 3

Masai mara to Nakuru

Masai mara to Nakuru

After breakfast, check out at around 7:00 AM and begin your scenic drive to Nakuru via Lake Naivasha. Lunch will be served en route, and you may opt for a boat safari on the lake (approximately USD 30 per person, payable directly; kindly inform your guide in advance if interested).

If you prefer to skip the boat ride, continue directly to Nakuru, arriving at approximately 12:30 PM. Upon arrival, you may choose to enjoy an optional afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, renowned for its rhinos, Rothschild’s giraffes, and abundant birdlife. Later, proceed to your hotel or lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4

Nakuru to Nairobi

Nakuru to Nairobi

Enjoy an early breakfast at around 7:00 AM before setting out for an exciting morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. This celebrated park is a haven for both black and white rhinos, the endangered Rothschild’s giraffe, as well as waterbucks and elusive predators like lions and leopards. It is also a bird lover’s paradise, hosting large numbers of flamingos, white pelicans, ibises, egrets, and marabou storks. You will pause at Baboon Cliff to take in sweeping panoramic views of the park and the lake below.

At about 11:00 AM, begin your journey back to Nairobi with a lunch stop en route. You will arrive_attach in the late afternoon, around 4:00 PM, where you’ll be dropped off at your hotel or the city center, marking the end of your safari.
