Arrive at Samburu Simba lodge in time for lunch, followed by a short rest. In the afternoon, enjoy your first game drive along the Ewaso Nyiro River, spotting elephants, crocodiles, and the famous Samburu Special Five. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Today, you will spend the day exploring Samburu on morning and afternoon game drives. This unique ecosystem offers excellent sightings of lions, leopards, cheetahs, large elephant herds, and rare species such as Grevy’s zebra and gerenuk. Enjoy lunch and relaxation at the lodge during the heat of the day, then head out again in the late afternoon for golden-hour game viewing. You can opt for an afternoon dip in the swimming pool under the scorching sun of the north.

After breakfast in your lodge, check out and drive south to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, arriving at Maisha sweetwaters camp in time for lunch. Enjoy your lunch and relax, awaiting the afternoon game drive. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided game drive in the conservancy, renowned for its high population of black and white rhinos. Visit the northern white rhino enclosure and learn about important conservation efforts. Optional visits to the chimpanzee sanctuary.
