Depart Nairobi early in the morning and drive north through changing landscapes, from lush highlands to the rugged terrain of Samburu. Arrive at Samburu Simba lodge in time for lunch, followed by a short rest. In the afternoon, enjoy your first game drive along the Ewaso Nyiro River, spotting elephants, crocodiles, and the famous Samburu Special Five. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast in your lodge, check out and drive south to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, arriving at Maisha sweetwaters camp in time for lunch. Enjoy your lunch and relax, awaiting the afternoon game drive. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided game drive in the conservancy, renowned for its high population of black and white rhinos. Visit the northern white rhino enclosure and learn about important conservation efforts. Optional visits to the chimpanzee sanctuary.
