Rise early for an exciting morning game drive through the northern sector of Murchison Falls National Park, where the savannah comes alive with wildlife. Keep your eyes open for elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, lions, antelopes and a variety of colourful bird species.
After lunch and some relaxation, set out on a boat safari along the Victoria Nile towards the base of Murchison Falls. Cruise gently along the river as hippos gather in the water, crocodiles bask along the banks, and elephants come down to drink. With wildlife surrounding you on every side, this is a perfect opportunity to capture unforgettable safari moments. Return to your lodge with an En-route evening game drive

Transfer from Murchison Falls to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, depart Murchison Falls and journey south towards Queen Elizabeth National Park, enjoying beautiful views of Uganda’s countryside, local communities and changing landscapes along the way. Make a memorable stop at the Equator, where you can take photos and enjoy a fun experience standing in both hemispheres.
Continue to Queen Elizabeth and arrive in the afternoon, check into your lodge and take some time to relax. Later, you may choose an optional evening game drive, when the cooler temperatures bring wildlife back to life. Keep watch for elephants, buffaloes, Uganda kobs, lions and other animals moving across the savannah. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, head into the forest for an exciting chimpanzee trekking experience at either Kyambura Gorge or Kalinzu Forest, depending on availability and your preference. Follow experienced guides through lush forest trails, listening for chimpanzee calls and watching for these fascinating primates as they move through the trees. Along the way, you may also encounter other monkeys and colourful forest birds.
In the afternoon, enjoy a boat safari along the famous Kazinga Channel, where large numbers of hippos gather in the water and crocodiles bask along the banks. Watch elephants coming down to drink and colourful waterbirds filling the shoreline. For those who want even more adventure, an optional evening game drive can be added.

Today is the highlight of your Uganda safari—gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing before entering the ancient rainforest with your experienced ranger guides.
Follow the forest trails through lush vegetation and misty mountain scenery as you search for your assigned gorilla family. When you finally come face-to-face with these magnificent primates, enjoy a magical hour observing their natural behaviour, playful young ones and close family bonds. It is a rare and deeply moving encounter you will remember for years to come.
After the trek, transfer to Lake Bunyonyi, surrounded by lush green hills and beautiful islands. Check into your lodge, relax and enjoy the peaceful scenery after an incredible day in the forest.

Enjoy breakfast overlooking the beautiful islands and rolling hills of Lake Bunyonyi. Depending on your departure time, take a peaceful canoe ride across the lake or simply relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings before beginning your journey towards Rwanda.
Travel through the scenic highlands and countryside towards the Uganda–Rwanda border, then continue to Kigali. In the city, visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial, an important place of remembrance and reflection that offers insight into Rwanda’s history and journey of rebuilding.
After the visit, continue to your drop-off in Kigali, marking the end of your 7-day Uganda wildlife and gorilla adventure.
