Today is set aside entirely for in-depth exploration of the Serengeti, allowing flexibility to visit various areas according to current wildlife activity. Your guide will plan the day strategically, taking into account animal movements, seasonal patterns, and recent sightings.
The early morning provides excellent conditions to observe predators when they are most active. As the day progresses, attention may shift toward riverbanks, open migration routes, or rocky kopjes where wildlife often gathers.
At certain times of year, you may encounter sections of the Great Migration, with extensive groups of wildebeest and zebra crossing the plains as they search for greener pastures.
