Day 2

Arusha – Tarangire National Park

Arusha – Tarangire National Park

After an early breakfast, you will depart for Tarangire National Park, a scenic drive of approximately two to three hours. Tarangire is famous for its large herds of elephants, majestic baobab trees, and the life-giving Tarangire River that attracts animals throughout the year.

Upon arrival, you will begin a full-day game drive across the park’s open savannah, acacia woodlands, and river valleys. The park is home to elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, impalas, and a wide variety of bird species. Wildlife gathers along the river, providing excellent viewing opportunities.

You will enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park while surrounded by nature, then continue exploring until late afternoon. In the evening, you will transfer to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 3

Tarangire – Central Serengeti

Tarangire – Central Serengeti

After breakfast, you will begin your journey toward Serengeti National Park, passing through the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands. The drive itself is spectacular, offering beautiful landscapes and traditional Maasai villages along the way.

As you enter the vast plains of the Serengeti, the scenery changes dramatically into endless savannah stretching to the horizon. Game viewing begins immediately. Central Serengeti, also known as the Seronera area, is famous for its permanent water sources and high concentration of wildlife, especially big cats.

During the afternoon game drive, you may see lions resting on rocky outcrops, cheetahs scanning the plains, leopards resting in acacia trees, and large herds of elephants and buffaloes grazing peacefully. You will arrive at your camp in the evening for dinner and overnight in the heart of the wilderness.

Day 4

Full in Serengeti

This day is dedicated to exploring the endless plains of Serengeti National Park. An early morning game drive offers the best chance to witness predators in action, as lions, hyenas, and other carnivores are most active during the cool hours of the day.

After several hours of wildlife viewing, you will enjoy lunch either in the bush or back at the camp before continuing with an afternoon game drive. The Serengeti is home to the Big Five and supports one of the largest concentrations of wildlife in Africa. Depending on the season, you may witness part of the Great Migration, where thousands of wildebeests and zebras move across the plains in search of fresh grazing.

The day ends with a beautiful African sunset over the Savannah, followed by dinner and overnight at your camp.

Day 5

Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater

Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, you will depart Serengeti and drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Upon arrival, you will descend approximately 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the most unique wildlife habitats in the world.

The crater floor supports a remarkable concentration of animals due to its permanent water sources and fertile grazing lands. During your half-day game drive, you may encounter black rhinos, lions, buffaloes, hippos, flamingos at Lake Magadi, and many other species living within this natural enclosure.

You will enjoy a picnic lunch near the hippo pool before ascending the crater walls in the afternoon. Afterwards, you will drive to the Karatu or Lake Manyara area for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, you will proceed to Lake Manyara National Park for a morning game drive. Although smaller in size, the park is rich in biodiversity and known for its tree-climbing lions, large troops of baboons, and flamingos along the alkaline lake.

The park features diverse habitats, including groundwater forest, open plains, and the lakeshore, all within a compact area that makes wildlife viewing easy and enjoyable. After a final game drive and picnic lunch, you will return to Arusha in the afternoon, marking the end of your unforgettable safari adventure.
