You will be warmly welcomed at the airport or hotel by your private guide. After a short briefing, step into your private Land Cruiser and head through the Great Rift Valley as you make your way to the world-famous Masai Mara.
Before checking into your lodge or camp, visit a traditional Maasai village (Manyatta). This cultural experience offers a glimpse into the rich traditions, dress, and daily life of the Maasai people. Witness traditional dances, learn about their customs, and explore their hand-built homes. It’s a fascinating introduction to the land you’re about to explore.

Full-Day Game Drive in Masai Mara

After an early breakfast, set off on a full-day game drive inside the Masai Mara National Reserve. This park is one of Africa’s best safari destinations, known for its incredible density of wildlife and rolling savannah landscapes. Expect to encounter lions, elephants, giraffes, buffalo, and leopards.
You’ll also have a chance to see cheetahs hunting on the open plains and hippos wallowing in the Mara River. Depending on the season, you may even witness the Great Migration. Lunch will be served picnic-style in the bush, before continuing your wildlife adventure into the afternoon.

Day 3

Second Full Day in Masai Mara

Second Full Day in Masai Mara

Your second day in the Masai Mara gives you another chance to explore new areas of the reserve and deepen your wildlife sightings. Head out at dawn for optimal viewing and follow fresh tracks with your guide, possibly catching dramatic predator-prey interactions in the golden morning light.
We will have lunch in the bush, picnic style, inside the park. After lunch, spend your afternoon in the reserve’s quieter corners. As the day cools, animals begin to stir again. Stay out late for a stunning sunset drive, watching the skies blaze over the Mara horizon — a magical finale to your time in the reserve.

Lake Nakuru & Afternoon Game Drive

After breakfast, you'll depart the Masai Mara and enjoy a scenic drive north toward Lake Nakuru National Park. You’ll pass through small towns and beautiful highland landscapes as you make your way into the Great Rift Valley once again.
You'll arrive at Lake Nakuru in the late afternoon and head straight into the park for an afternoon game drive. Known for its flamingos, endangered white rhinos, and lions, Nakuru offers a very different safari environment. Watch the sun begin to set over the lake as you check into your lodge or camp for the night.

Morning Game Drive and continue to Amboseli

Wake up early for a morning game drive through Lake Nakuru National Park, a beautiful reserve known for its diverse wildlife and shimmering alkaline lake. Keep your eyes peeled for white and black rhinos grazing on the open plains, Rothschild’s giraffes silhouetted against the acacia trees, and an impressive array of birdlife — from pelicans to the famous flamingos that paint the lake’s edge pink when water levels are right.
Afterward, we travel south toward Amboseli, passing through Kenya’s scenic highlands and open plains. Along the way, you’ll glimpse vibrant rural life and, on clear days, distant views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Arrive in Amboseli by early evening, where you can settle into your lodge and enjoy a relaxed evening.

Day 6

Exploring Amboseli National Park

After breakfast, head out for a full-day game drive in Amboseli National Park, known for its large elephant herds and views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Explore the park’s open plains, swamps, and acacia woodlands in search of lions, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and buffalo.
*Optional for an extra $500 per person: Start the day with an unforgettable sunrise hot air balloon safari*

After, stop for a picnic lunch in a designated area, then continue your drive in the afternoon. You’ll also visit Observation Hill for a great view of the park and its wildlife. Return to the lodge by evening for dinner and overnight.
