Nairobi Maasai mara

Pick up from your hotel followed by a short briefing, then transfer to Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight. Depart at 9:30 AM from Nairobi and arrive at Kichwa Tembo Airstrip in just 45 minutes.

Upon arrival, you will be met by your safari guide and transferred to your camp in the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve. Check in, relax, and enjoy lunch.

In the afternoon, head out for your first exciting game drive, exploring the vast plains and searching for wildlife. Return to camp in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

Maasai mara

Start your day early with a hearty breakfast at the camp as the Mara comes alive with the sounds of nature. After breakfast, set out for a full-day game drive across the the reserve.

With a packed picnic lunch, you’ll explore deeper into the park, tracking wildlife and visiting different habitats, from open savannahs to riverbanks. Expect incredible sightings of the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino), as well as cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and large herds of wildebeest and antelope. You may witness dramatic predator-prey interactions or seasonal migrations.

Enjoy your picnic lunch at a scenic spot within the reserve, often near the Mara River, where you can relax and take in the breathtaking surroundings.

Continue with your game drive in the afternoon, maximizing your chances of spotting more wildlife.

Return to the camp in the late afternoon or early evening. Freshen up, enjoy dinner, and unwind under the African sky.
