Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or in Arusha, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide and transferred to your lodge, surrounded by lush landscapes and scenic views of Mount Meru. After a brief rest, embark on your first game drive in Tarangire National Park. Journey typically takes 2.5 to 3 hours depending on road conditions. Famous for its vast savannahs, ancient baobab trees, and the life-giving Tarangire River. The park is home to large elephant herds, graceful giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and numerous bird species. After breakfast, drive approximately 230 km (5–6 hours) from Tarangire National Park to the heart of Central Serengeti National Park. Arrive at your lodge or camp surrounded by iconic acacia-studded plains and rolling savannahs. Over the next two days, enjoy morning and afternoon game drives across open grasslands, riverine forests, and kopjes. After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park, located about 120 km from Karatu, a drive of roughly 2–3 hours through scenic highlands and picturesque villages. Explore the park on a morning game drive, renowned for its stunning soda lake, dense forests, and abundant wildlife. Spot tree-climbing lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, baboons, and a dazzling variety of birds, including flamingos and pelicans. Enjoy photography stops along the lake shores and in the open savannah.
