Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your safari representative and transferred to the elegant Gran Meliá Arusha, one of the finest luxury hotels in northern Tanzania. Located between lush coffee plantations with stunning views of Mount Meru, the hotel offers a peaceful and comfortable environment to begin your safari adventure. After check-in, you can relax after your journey by enjoying the hotel’s beautiful gardens, infinity swimming pool, or spa facilities. If time allows, you may take a short walk around the property or enjoy the panoramic terrace views of Mount Meru and the surrounding landscapes. Day 2

After breakfast, your safari officially begins as you depart Arusha and travel through scenic landscapes toward Tarangire National Park. The drive takes you through rural villages, Maasai lands, and beautiful savannah scenery before arriving at one of Tanzania’s most unique wildlife destinations. Tarangire is famous for its massive elephant herds, majestic baobab trees, and the Tarangire River that attracts animals throughout the year. Upon entering the park, you will begin your exciting game drive, searching for elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, lions, and various antelope species. Tarangire is also an excellent destination for bird lovers, with hundreds of species recorded in the park. Your guide will take you to the best wildlife viewing areas while sharing fascinating knowledge about the animals and the ecosystem. After an exciting afternoon exploring the park, you will drive to the beautiful Tarangire Elephant Springs Camp.

Day 3

Tarangire National Park

Today you will spend a full day exploring the incredible landscapes and wildlife of Tarangire National Park. After breakfast, depart for a morning game drive when animals are most active. Tarangire’s ecosystem is rich with wildlife, and you may encounter large herds of elephants moving through the park, lions resting under acacia trees, or giraffes walking gracefully across the savannah. The Tarangire River often attracts animals such as buffalo, zebra, and wildebeest, especially during the dry season. You will enjoy a picnic lunch in the park surrounded by the beauty of nature before continuing your afternoon safari. As the day winds down, you will enjoy a special private sundowner experience in the wilderness. Watch the African sunset paint the sky in shades of gold and red while enjoying refreshing drinks in a beautiful setting. Later, return to camp for a romantic private dinner prepared especially for you, creating a memorable and intimate safari moment under the stars.

Day 4

Ngorongoro Crater Safari

After breakfast, depart Tarangire and drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, one of the most spectacular wildlife destinations in Africa. Upon arrival, you will descend 600 meters into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day safari. Often referred to as the “Eighth Wonder of the World,” this vast volcanic caldera is home to an extraordinary concentration of wildlife within its natural boundaries. The crater floor offers excellent opportunities to see the famous Big Five: lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, and the rare black rhinoceros. You may also encounter zebras, wildebeests, hyenas, jackals, hippos, and large flocks of flamingos near the soda lake. After enjoying a picnic lunch near a hippo pool, continue exploring this remarkable ecosystem before ascending the crater walls in the afternoon. You will then check in at Lion’s Paw Camp, a beautiful luxury camp located on the crater rim, offering spectacular views and peaceful surroundings.

After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park for your final safari experience. Located beneath the dramatic Great Rift Valley escarpment, this scenic park is known for its lush forests, diverse ecosystems, and beautiful alkaline lake. During your game drive, you may encounter elephants walking through the forest, giraffes browsing on treetops, zebras grazing in the plains, and large troops of baboons near the park entrance. Lake Manyara is also famous for its tree-climbing lions and abundant birdlife, including flamingos, pelicans, and many other species.
