Arrival and sunset boat cruise on the Zambezi River

This 6-day safari combines the beauty of Victoria Falls, Hwange National Park and Chobe National Park. Upon arrival at the airport, our guide will welcome you with a placard displaying your name and transfer you to your lodge. Later in the day, a transfer vehicle will collect you for a relaxing sunset boat cruise on the Zambezi River. After the cruise, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight rest before continuing with exciting wildlife safaris and unforgettable experiences.

Hwange National Park full-day game drive

On the second day, wake up early in the morning as Proviem Safaris organizes a packed breakfast from the lodge. Enjoy a scenic journey from Victoria Falls to Hwange National Park, taking approximately 3 hours 30 minutes to 4 hours. Upon arrival around 08:40hrs, begin an exciting full-day game drive from 09:00hrs to 16:00hrs. Explore one of Zimbabwe’s largest national parks and experience incredible wildlife sightings, including elephants, lions, buffaloes and many other animals. After the game drive, travel back to Victoria Falls for overnight rest.

On the third day, enjoy a Rainforest Tour of the magnificent Victoria Falls and experience one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Please note that having a guide for the tour will cost an extra 25 USD. After the tour, the rest of the day is flexible and arranged according to your preferred schedule. You may relax at the lodge or choose from a variety of optional activities such as a helicopter flight, cultural village tour, bungee jumping, or other exciting experiences in Victoria Falls. In the evening, you might also love to enjoy the famous Boma Dinner and Drum Show for a memorable cultural and entertainment experience.

Full-day chobe trip game drive and boat cruise

On the fourth day, you will check out from the lodge and depart for a full-day trip to Chobe National Park in Botswana. The journey from Victoria Falls takes approximately one hour by road. Our team will assist you with all border formalities and luggage arrangements, and some of your luggage can safely be left at the lodge while traveling with essentials only. After crossing the border, you will enjoy a 3-hour game drive safari in Chobe National Park, where you may see elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes and many other animals.

After the game drive, enjoy a 1-hour buffet lunch at Cresta Mowana Lodge. Please note that beverages during lunch are at an extra cost. Following lunch, you will experience a relaxing 2-hour boat cruise safari along the Chobe River, offering excellent wildlife viewing opportunities. After the boat safari, transfer to a local hotel for your overnight stay and our team will assist you with hotel check-in arrangements.

Sunrise game drive in Chobe National Park

On the fifth day of your safari, you will enjoy an early sunrise game drive in Chobe National Park from 06:00hrs to 09:00hrs. This is one of the best times to see predators while they are still active, and you may have opportunities to spot lions, leopards, cheetahs and hyenas. You may choose to take a packed breakfast from the lodge or return after the safari to enjoy breakfast before check-out.

Another optional activity available on this day is a full-day game drive from 06:00hrs to 16:00hrs. This option comes at an extra cost of 100 USD per person and includes a packed lunch.

After completing your preferred safari option, you will be transferred to the border for formalities before continuing back to Victoria Falls. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for rest and preparation for your departure the following day.

Departure and optional activities

After breakfast at the lodge, you may choose to do optional morning activities such as the Bamba Tram experience or a sunrise boat cruise on the Zambezi River.
