Your Materuni Waterfalls and Chemka Hot Springs day trip begins with morning pickup from your hotel in Arusha or Moshi and a scenic drive toward the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. Arrive at Materuni Village, a traditional Chagga community, where a local guide leads a beautiful hike through coffee farms and lush forest to the impressive Materuni Waterfall, one of the tallest waterfalls near Moshi. Enjoy breathtaking views and the chance to swim in the cool natural pool beneath the falls. Afterward, experience a traditional coffee tour and local lunch in the village. In the afternoon, drive to Chemka (Kikuletwa) Hot Springs, a natural geothermal oasis with crystal-clear turquoise water surrounded by tropical trees.
