Day 1

Depart from Nairobi at approximately 6:30 AM. The journey travels through the dramatic landscapes of the Great Rift Valley, where you will make a brief stop at a scenic viewpoint to admire breathtaking views of the valley escarpment.

Arriving by 9:30am and entering the park for an exciting wildlife game drive. As one of Kenya’s most successful rhino conservation areas, Lake Nakuru offers excellent opportunities to see both white rhinos grazing near the lakeshore and black rhinos. You will encounter Rothschild giraffes, zebras, buffalo, baboons, and waterbucks, while predators such as lions and occasionally leopards will be spotted resting in the acacia trees.

Along the lake’s shores, visitors may see large flocks of flamingos, pelicans, cormorants, and many other bird species, making the park a paradise for bird watchers.

Enjoy lunch at a lodge or picnic site within the park an afternoon game drive. In the afternoon, you exit the park, returning to Nairobi in the evening.
