Day 1

On arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our guide. After briefing about the safari and what to expect, you will be transferred to your hotel for dinner and overnight. Depending on your arrival time, you will take a guided walk around Kigali City.

Day 2

Kigali City Tour and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Kigali City Tour and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

After breakfast, your driver-guide will pick you up for a Kigali City visiting the Gisozi Genocide Memorial Site and Kigali Museum, the Craft Market, and other amazing sites. Later on the day after the city tour, you will transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park through the Katuna Border to the south of the park through the rolling hills of Kigezi (the Switzerland of Uganda).
On arrival, check in at your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3

Gorilla Trekking Experience

Gorilla Trekking Experience

Enjoy an early breakfast, then be driven to the park headquarters for a briefing about the dos and don’ts of gorilla trekking in Bwindi. The rangers will then accompany you to the rainforest to start your search for the gentle giants. The gorilla trek can sometimes be strenuous, however on locating the gentle giants, the trek will seem worth it, you will be allowed to spend one hour with the primates where you will have to ask questions and take plenty of pictures before your time lapses to getting back to the lodge.
After the trek, you will return to the park headquarters where you will meet up with your driver-guide and return to your hotel for relaxing, dinner and overnight stay.

Enjoy early breakfast, check out of the lodge and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park – your next destination. You will enjoy the beautiful nature along the way and on your arrival, check at the lodge and enjoy your lunch as you prepare to enjoy an afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel which highlights all the activities in the park and has the highest concentration of hippos in the entire world, you will view many animal species including the birds, elephants, lions, buffaloes, kobs, antelopes and many more.
Have dinner and overnight stay.

Enjoy a delicious breakfast, and go out to track lions in the plains of Mweya and experience that will take to the hunt for one of the Big Five. Thereafter, head back to the lodge in the afternoon for lunch and after checking out of the lodge and transfer to Kibale Forest National Park.
Have a good time and also take some photos as you approach the Fort Portal and enjoy the foothills of the Rwenzori Mountains and then continue with a warm welcome of Olive Baboons along the way to Kibale National Park.
Relax at the lodge, have dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6

Chimpanzee Trekking and Bigodi Community Visit

Chimpanzee Trekking and Bigodi Community Visit

Have early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for briefing about chimpanzee trekking and the right way to behave while in the presence of the chimpanzees. By 08:00 am, you will head into the forest in search for the chimpanzees in the rainforests of Kibale Forest. The trek takes approximately 3 to 4 hours depending on the movement of the chimpanzees and where they spent their previous night.
When you locate the chimpanzees, you will spend one hour in their presence as you watch them feed, groom and play. You will spot other primates including black and white colobus monkeys, grey-checked Mangabey, red-tailed monkeys, bush babies and many other bird species. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
