Drive to Lake Natron

After breakfast, head to Lake Natron and hike to the Ngare Sero Waterfalls along the western edge of the lake. Pass narrow gorges and lush palms, then cool off swimming in the natural slot canyons. A Maasai guide from the local cultural centre will accompany you, sharing insights while you enjoy the refreshing contrast between the arid surroundings and the lush waterfall area.

Flamingo Lake Walk

Join a Maasai guide for a Flamingo Walk at Lake Natron, where endangered lesser flamingos paint the alkaline waters pink. Hike to waterfalls, passing villages and wild scenery, then visit the Engaresero Footprint Site, with over 400 fossilized hominid tracks revealing ancient life.
