Day 1

Guests depart from Johannesburg with pickup from their accommodation and travel towards Pretoria, known as the Jacaranda City. Enjoy a guided city tour showcasing historic landmarks, impressive architecture, and important sites that reflect South Africa’s rich heritage. After time in the city and a lunch stop, continue to the Lion & Safari Park on the outskirts of Johannesburg.

On arrival, embark on a guided safari drive through the reserve, offering the chance to see lions, including rare white lions, as well as giraffes, ostriches, and other wildlife. Guests also have time to explore Cub World and observe the young cubs up close. After an exciting day combining wildlife and culture, the tour concludes with a comfortable return to Johannesburg.
