Depending on your location in Zanzibar, you will be picked up early in the morning and transferred to Abeid Amani Karume International Airport for your flight to Arusha. Following an early breakfast, you’ll depart from Ngorongoro Marera Mountain View Lodge and descend approximately 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for your final wildlife viewing. This spectacular setting is home to nearly every species indigenous to East Africa, including the elusive black rhino, which lucky travelers may spot. Enjoy a picnic lunch near a hippo-filled lake at the crater’s base, then take your last photos amid the breathtaking scenery. Afterwards, you’ll be transferred back to Arusha and onward to Zanzibar, concluding your unforgettable safari adventure.
