Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari driver-guide, who will brief you on your upcoming adventure before departing for Amboseli National Park. Enjoy a scenic drive south through the Kenyan countryside, with views of local villages and open plains along the way. You will arrive at Sentrim Amboseli Lodge in time for lunch and check-in, followed by some time to relax and settle into your surroundings.

Later in the afternoon, head out for your first exciting game drive in Amboseli, a park famous for its large elephant herds and breathtaking backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Keep an eye out for zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, buffalo, antelope, and, if you're lucky, predators such as lions or cheetahs as you explore the park’s beautiful open plains, swamps, and acacia woodlands. Amboseli to Lake Elementaita

After an early breakfast, check out of the lodge and begin your journey from Amboseli to the beautiful Lake Elementaita, enjoying a scenic drive through Kenya’s ever-changing landscapes along the way. As you travel north through Nairobi and onward into the Great Rift Valley, you will pass rolling countryside, local towns, and dramatic escarpment views that make the journey part of the adventure itself. You will arrive at your lodge in the Lake Elementaita area in time for lunch, followed by check-in and some time to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Later in the afternoon, enjoy leisure time at the lodge or simply take in the tranquil atmosphere of this scenic Rift Valley destination, known for its birdlife and beautiful lake views. Lake Elementaita is part of Kenya’s famous lake system and is often visited by flamingos, pelicans, and other water birds, making it a lovely stop between safari destinations.
